Studio is the quickest way to order from GiftHub: choose from the Studio range, design it yourself and see the price straight away. For anything else, our team will quote for you.
When will I get my bags?
Production takes 5 to 7 working days after you approve the proof. We confirm the delivery date and delivery charge with your proof.
When do I pay?
Only after we have checked your artwork and you have approved the proof. You pay by PayNow or bank transfer. Nothing is charged when you submit your order.
What if my logo is not good enough to print?
We check every logo before you pay. If it may print blurry or does not fit, we tell you and help you fix it before anything is made.
Can I order plain bags with no printing?
Yes. Plain orders are handled by our team rather than online. Email us or WhatsApp 8824 6928 with the bag, colour and quantity, and we will quote for you.
How many can I order online?
20 to 500 pieces of the same bag, size and colour. For more than 500, ask our team for a quote.
Can I see the bag before I order?
Yes. You can order a sample of any bag in the Studio range before your main order, for a small fee. Ask our team and we will arrange it.
We are a government agency. Can we pay through GeBIZ?
Yes. Tick "government agency" when you submit your order and we will invoice through Vendors@Gov.
My boss or finance team needs to approve this first.
